Had a very relaxing stay in our spotless room. Comfy bed and pillows, there were USB ports and electric outlets available. Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Church of Saint Paul🙂

Hidden gem in Rochdale 🌄
Rob was such a cool host, always ready to help. My room was spacious, super clean, and super comfy. The view from the breakfast room was lekker, and breakfast had all the essentials, no fuss. Chill vibes and a proper break from the busy life.
Just a bit of noise from the other guests now and then, but it was not a major thing.

Soundproofing could definitely use a boost. Plus, there's a lack of a cooked breakfast option, which might leave some guests feeling underwhelmed, particularly if they expected more than just a self-service setup. The checkout time of 10 AM seems a bit early for a leisurely morning, leaving you scrambling to get out the door. Lastly, the condition of the bed linens could use some improvement, as they appeared a bit worn and unattractive.

great location but breakfast could improve
The location was fantastic. My double room wasvery comfy and tidy. I particularly enjoyed the lovely garden view with a serene escape within the hotel. The site was well-lit upon our return at night.
The breakfast options, while plentiful, did not have as much variety as I had hoped.

It was an excellent fit for a short layover in Rochdale, definitely value for money. I loved waking up to the fine field view right outside my window, with rabbits hopping around. Make sure to bring your own coffee, as there's none available on site!

The peaceful area and beautiful views. The breakfast area was well-stocked, with delicious marmalade and various pastries to start the day right. The checkout time was a bit early was good. While the facilities were satisfactory, I noticed the bed linens could use some updating, as they appeared somewhat worn. Nevertheless, the cozy room and responsive service created a cute atmosphere for my short stay.
